veryone has access to our Weekly Rewards and we encourage you to enjoy the perks that can give you. However the VIP Experience is something different for those of our members who have demonstrated loyalty beyond the benefits of the Weekly Rewards.

How do I become VIP?
Joining our VIP Experience is by Invitation only. Our VIP Team regularly reviews member accounts and will contact you via your subscribed communication channels with an invitation and details. We consider multiple factors when inviting people to the VIP Experience, including length of membership, membership activity, and gameplay over the previous three months.
How does my VIP Status change?
VIP Status is updated by the 3rd of each month. You can see your VIP Status level on the VIP page.
As long as you’re still an active member you should expect to maintain your VIP Status with us. If you choose to decrease your activity (or if you leave us altogether), you may see your VIP Status drop. Likewise, if you increase your activity with us, you may see your Status increased to the next level unlocking extra benefits and access.
I don’t want to be a part of the VIP Experience. Can I opt out?
Yes of course. Just email our Promotions Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will remove you from our VIP Experience.
Every promotion or activity we run through the VIP Experience requires you to “Opt In”. This means you don’t have to accept any gift or promotion should you not wish to.
We commit to never sending you anything without your express permission. You can update your communication settings in your Account.
Which other sites participate in the VIP Experience?
Is the VIP Experience the same at each participating site?
No. Each participating site runs their VIP Experience separately with individual features and benefits relevant to their site. You may have a different VIP Status, or you may receive different perks. There are, however, some elements and promotions that will be the same across all participating partners - like our famous Christmas Hamper giveaway!
If you are an active member of multiple VIP Experience partner sites, just one of your accounts will be nominated as your ‘Preferred’ account. Your Preferred account will be used for gift giveaways and similar promotions as we only allow one gift per person per household. You can change your Preferred account at any time by contacting the Promotions Team at email@example.com.
Terms and conditions
- The VIP Experience (the ‘Promotion’) is available to funded players only.
- Promotion runs from 23rd October 2019 until further notice.
- We reserve the right to end the promotion at our discretion with reasonable notice.
- A member’s VIP Status is determined by the VIP Team and is at our sole discretion.
- There are three VIP Levels available; Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
- Being a part of the VIP Experience does not automatically qualify a member for any guaranteed prizes, gifts, or bonuses.
- The VIP Experience is not a gambling product. No purchase is required, and qualification for the VIP Experience remains at our sole discretion. No action, such as making a deposit or otherwise, guarantees any prizes or cash reward as a result of being a VIP.
- VIP Status levels are updated monthly by the 3rd of each month.
- VIP Status levels can be increased or decreased at our sole discretion.
- The VIP Experience is a network Promotion with multiple partners (‘Participating Sites’).
- Each Participating Site runs their VIP Experience separately unique to their site benefits and features. If you have an account with multiple Participating Sites, only one account will be deemed your Preferred Account for the purposes of gifts.
Communication Preferences / Privacy
- We will never send you anything by email, SMS, phone, or post without your explicit permission.
- You can update your preferences at any time by accessing your Account. From time-to-time we may add a notification on the website if we require your consent to send you a prize. Alternatively, if you can claim a prize by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Every promotion or offer in the VIP Experience requires you to take action to Opt In. You are presumed Opted Out of the Promotion until you take the required action for each Promotion.
- Throughout the year we may wish to send you a gift via email or post.
- We will never send you a gift without your explicit permission to do so.
- We will only send one gift per person per household. For example, if you have VIP accounts with two Participating Sites, only one account (your ‘Preferred Account’) will be eligible to receive the gift.
- Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers, or bonus.
- The VIP Wheel will become unlocked when a player joins the VIP Experience at Silver, Gold, or Platinum status.
- VIP Wheel spins are granted to VIP members upon meeting various criteria. These criteria include but are not limited to; taking part in a promotion where a VIP Wheel spin is a prize; using a deposit promotion code designated for a VIP Wheel spin; discretionary free VIP Wheel spin credits by the Promotions Team; and triggered based on number of deposits as defined by the associated deposit promotion.
- There is no overall limit on the number of Wheel spins a player can redeem; if a player qualifies for the Wheel to be unlocked, they can play it until which time as the promotion ends.
- Spins, once credited, expire after 30 days of becoming available to the player. Spins older than 30 days old, if unused, will become void and be removed from the player's available spins balance.
- By pressing the Wheel's spin button you agree to participate and accept these terms and conditions; this opt in is considered to be actioned for every time the spin button is pressed, even if these Terms and Conditions have been updated since the previous spin; please check them for changes from time to time.
- Withdrawal restrictions apply. UK players' real-cash balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
- Players must have an active account at the time of agreeing to participate to be eligible for any prizes resulting from a wheel spin.
- Prizes requiring confirmation of postal or email delivery address must be claimed within one calendar month by contacting the Promotions Team on email@example.com. Each wheel segment has an equal chance of winning. For the avoidance of doubt: On wheels with 5 segments each segment has a 20% chance of winning. On wheels with 8 segments each segment has a 12.5% chance of winning. On wheels with 10 segments each segment has a 10% chance of winning.
- The prizes of a given Wheel spin are to be determined at the sole discretion of the Site, and those prizes will change regularly and will be without guarantee for any Wheel spin to have specific prizes unless otherwise stated in this or another promotion. All images, graphics, and depictions of the Wheel with prizes included on segments are for the sole purpose of illustration, and do not create an implied collection of prizes which are on offer. Any prize described as REAL CASH will be credited within seven (7) working business days of the Wheel spin resulting in the prize being awarded.
- Players do not need to claim any prize described as REAL CASH, it will be credited to the player's account within the specified time-frame.
- All other rewards (except ones described as REAL CASH, PRIZE, TANGIBLE PRIZE, or otherwise needing to be claimed or manually posted to players) are credited at the end of a successful Wheel spin, to the player's account.
- The VIP Wheel is not a gambling product. No purchase is required, and qualification for a free spin of the promotional Wheel remains at our sole discretion. No action, such as making a deposit, or otherwise, guarantees a spin of the Wheel, or guarantee any prizes or cash reward as a result of any Wheel spin.

- Winning Wheel segments awarding Bingo Bonus directly have a 4x Wagering Requirement after which time the resulting funds will be transferred to a player's real balance. Winning Wheel segments awarding Games or Slots bonus directly have an 80x Wagering Requirement after which time the resulting funds will be transferred to a player's real balance.
- Winning Wheel segments awarding Free Spins of any type, once the Free Spins Slot game has converted the points won to Games Bonus, have an 80x Wagering Requirement after which time the resulting funds will be transferred to a player's real balance.
